Cafe Ordering System

Creating the café ordering system was a multi-part project. Firstly, this project was to implement an improved ordering system using the ServiceNow platform. Secondly, a user guide was created to explain how to use the ServiceNow platform for a similar project.

This scope of this project was to allow customers to place online orders on a mobile application, allowing baristas to see the orders coming in and complete the beverages in a timely manner. The project objective was to improve employee productivity and bring the client into the mobile ordering arena.

A step-by-step user guide including images and detailed descriptions was created after the execution of the project. The purpose of the user guide is to assist with future projects of a similar nature.
